PREMIER: LAUNCH & GROW
Launch with the app, team preparation and patient resources in place. Keep improving with a clear view of patient growth and revenue.
Clinical Edge Premier brings the moving parts into one clinic program: lineup education, ordering preparation, app setup, staff training, patient materials and marketing kickoff. Launch with a defined process, then use ongoing support to understand what is growing and what the program earns.
Seven-day launch requires a confirmed kickoff, complete clinic inputs, timely approvals and supplier availability. Confirm your launch date and included delivery before enrollment. Offer proposal for review.
THE PATH TO YOUR LAUNCHED PROGRAM
When you build a program piece by piece, your clinic becomes the connection between every resource, tool and task. Premier is designed to bring those pieces into one coordinated launch and an ongoing process for reviewing growth.

DAY 1: Your launch lineup and bundle brief
Premier brings the starting lineup into focus, with education and resources to help your clinical team evaluate top peptides, stacks and bundles for your clinic.
Lineup education and a focused starting-menu brief for your clinical team’s decisions.
Your clinic’s partYour clinical lead selects and approves the lineup, stacks and bundles.
The finished result: A focused starting menu, with clinical decisions recorded and open requirements assigned.
Use this page to organize decisions for your clinical lead. It does not recommend compounds, combinations or treatments.
DAY 2: Your opening order and reorder plan
Premier’s launch sequence connects your chosen lineup to opening quantities and an ordering plan, so your team knows what to purchase and what happens next.
A quantity-planning and ordering framework, with supplier responsibilities clearly separated.
Your clinic’s partYour clinic approves quantities and purchasing, confirms supplier terms and places orders.
The finished result: An approved opening order and a named receiving and reorder owner.
Confirm the actual supplier pathway separately. Clinical Edge does not sell or supply peptides. Product availability and delivery dates come from the supplier.
DAY 3: Your branded setup and staff rehearsal
Premier brings your clinic branding, supported app setup and staff preparation together, so the program feels like part of your practice from the start.
Clinic-branded app configuration, staff workflow preparation and a rehearsal of the supported process.
Your clinic’s partYour team supplies approved branding, attends training and signs off the tested workflow.
The finished result: Your clinic branding is checked and staff have rehearsed the agreed process.
Confirm which app features and setup assistance your agreement includes. Record a demonstrated handoff rather than assuming an integration works.
DAY 4: Your reviewed patient materials
Premier includes patient resources and consent materials for supported programs. Your clinic reviews and approves the versions it will use.
Patient resources and consent starting materials for supported programs, organized for your clinic’s review.
Your clinic’s partYour clinical, legal and privacy reviewers approve materials before patient use.
The finished result: A current set of reviewed materials, with unresolved requirements clearly identified before launch.
A template is a starting point. These resources do not replace clinical, legal or privacy approval.
DAY 5: Your marketing kickoff and consultation path
Your Premier launch needs a clear invitation. Bring the approved program message, campaign pieces and consultation path together for your marketing kickoff.
A coordinated marketing kickoff plan covering the message, channel materials and consultation path.
Your clinic’s partYour clinic approves claims, audiences and communications before release.
The finished result: Approved launch messages and a tested route from patient interest to a consultation request.
Use only reviewed claims and authorized recipients. Confirm any included campaign materials or copy assistance in your agreement.
DAY 6: Your resource access and support handoff
Get oriented to the Clinical Edge education, resources, support and community behind your Premier program, with access and contacts confirmed for your clinic.
Orientation to included resources, the confirmed support route and available member community.
Your clinic’s partYour team verifies access, saves the right contacts and chooses the relevant next training.
The finished result: Working resource links, confirmed support details and a clear next step for any available member community.
Record only access and support that have been confirmed. Community activities, response times and clinical access are not established by this overview.
DAY 7: Your branded app and program launch
Your clinic identity is on the app. Your approved invitation is ready. Your team knows the process. Day 7 brings those pieces together for the program launch.
Activation of the approved app setup and a coordinated program launch once the required checks are complete.
Your clinic’s partYour clinic authorizes go-live and assigns the first-cycle review owner.
The finished result: Launch target: your approved program is open, the supported app is live and your team is ready for the next inquiry.
Launch when the required inputs, approvals and tests are complete. If something essential is still open, assign it and move the launch date. Seven days is the planning sequence, not a guaranteed delivery date.
ONGOING PREMIER: PATIENT GROWTH & REVENUE
Premier is built around an ongoing program, with managed app care, education and support. The proposed growth-review service adds a baseline, monthly patient and revenue calculations, and one agreed action to improve the next period.
| Measure | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Active patients at start | Your count |
| New + reactivated patients | Your count |
| Patients who left | Your count |
| Active patients at end | Start + new + reactivated − left |
| Net patient growth | End − start; divide by start for % when start is above zero |
| Collected program revenue | Payments received − refunds, in the same period |
| Revenue per active patient | Net collections ÷ average active patients in the period |
| Program contribution | Net collections − direct delivery costs − Premier fees − other allocated program costs |
Growth reviews are proposed Premier scope requiring staffing and owner approval. Calculations use aggregate clinic data. They do not predict growth or establish that Premier caused a result. Automated reporting and integrations are not promised.
Platform example: Premier founder pricing is $2,499 setup + 12 x $749 = $11,487 in first-year base payments. Extras and taxes are additional. The initial term is 12 months, then month-to-month; early cancellation requires the remaining months as a single buyout. Founder base-rate protection runs 24 months from paid activation while continuously active, then is reviewed with no guaranteed continuation. Cancellation ends protection. Confirm availability and written terms; these are not suggested patient prices.
