Clinical Edge is a B2B provider service — we work with licensed practices, medspas, and clinician groups, not with the general public as patients. This policy explains what we collect from providers and practices who interact with our site and platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, create a free provider account, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

Contact information — name, work email, phone number (if provided).
Practice information — practice or clinic name, number of locations, role, practice type.
Provider credentials — NPI number and licensure information, where submitted, used to verify provider status for gated clinical content.
Usage data — pages visited, forms submitted, and general device/browser information collected automatically through standard web analytics.

We do not knowingly collect patient health information or any patient-identifiable data through this website. Clinical Edge is not a patient-facing service and this site is not intended for use by patients.

2. How we use it

We use the information above to:

Provide the educational content, briefings, and provider-account features you request;
Verify provider or practice status before granting access to gated clinical content;
Communicate with you about your account, application, or request — including related product and educational emails;
Improve our site, content, and onboarding process;
Meet legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. Email communications & unsubscribe

By submitting a form on this site, you agree to receive related emails from Clinical Edge — including account, educational, and program communications. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and opting out of marketing emails will not affect your ability to use a free provider account or receive essential account/service notices required to operate your account.

4. Provider verification

Some clinical content is gated to verified licensed providers. Where we ask for an NPI number or licensure detail, providing it is optional at initial signup but required to unlock that gated content. We use this information solely to confirm provider status and do not make it public.

5. No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, our forms, and our platform (for example, hosting and email-delivery providers), under confidentiality obligations, and as required by law.

6. Data retention & security

We retain account and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

7. Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email;
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us below;
Decline to submit an NPI or licensure detail — this simply limits access to gated clinical content.
